What is Upsell
Upsell is a technique to offer additional products or upgrades during the purchase process, increasing the average order value.
How to configure:
- Access the "Checkouts" section in the SideBar
- Click the edit icon (pencil) on the desired checkout
- In the settings tab, look for "Order Bumps" or "Upsell"
- Click "Add Order Bump"
- Select the product to be offered as upsell
- Set the special price for the upsell
- Write a persuasive message to present the product
- Define if upsell will be mandatory or optional
- Save the settings
- Test the complete purchase flow

Use 20-30% discounts to make the offer irresistible
